No Return & No Exchange. After delivery, no return or exchange is available on any product. Please check size, colour and details carefully before ordering.
- No return/exchange — wrong size, colour dislike or change of mind is not covered.
- Help only for damage/defect: if the product arrives broken or wrong, send unboxing photo/video via Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery — replacement/refund will be given after verification.
- COD orders: refund for a valid damage claim goes to bank/UPI.
- Cash on Delivery is available only up to ₹2000 — pay online (Razorpay) for higher-value orders.
- Delivery is FREE on orders of ₹1000+, otherwise ₹49 shipping applies.
